          I have been in service and sales businesses tied to the real estate industry since I was 19 years old when I bought my first house on the campus line of Keene State College in New Hampshire. I rented that 5 bedroom, 1500 square foot colonial to my friends for 4 years which ultimately helped finance my education and set me up for the next several years of my career. Since then, Real Estate has served me well in many forms, and I hope to pass on my personal experiences in triumph and challenge, my education through first hand knowledge, and my dedication to service  alongside to my customers.  

          Today, I run a successful team at Keller Williams that consists of 2 buyers agent and 2 Assistants. I live in West Hartford with my wife, Kristine and our 3 beautiful children: Ryan, Morgan and Devan.  I enjoy anything to do with the outdoors especially hiking and camping.

       Based in West Hartford, Bennett serves all of Central Connecticut with over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. Bennett specializes in working with buyers as the Lead Buyer’s Agent on the Miale Team. He has developed a program with a proven track record for leading buyers through all phases of the home-buying process.  He has an expertise in contract negotiation and market analysis.      After growing up in suburban Atlanta, he earned a BA in Telecommunications from Penn State University in 1999. He moved to CT to work in television production for ESPN for several years before branching out into real estate investing and sales. He lives in West Hartford with his wife Debra and his two wonderful children Evan and Jillian. He is an active member of the West Hartford Rotary Club and enjoys going to concerts, bowling, tennis, baseball, football (real and fantasy), and, of course, playing with his children.

          Jill Knowlton is a lifelong resident of central Connecticut. She’s been married to her husband Brewster for 15 years and together they are raising their two children, Allissa, 18 and Connor, 12.  

 

          Before starting her career in Real Estate; Jill ran successful Licensed Home Day Care for 10 years, proving that client care is always in Jill’s forefront.  She works diligently to maintain client satisfaction.  She will leave no stone unturned to ensure fiduciary responsibility to her past and present clients.            Allison has been on the Miale Team since September 2011.  Working as the teams Marketing Coordinator, Allison’s day to day duties include: social media marketing, database management, writing systems, supervision of the teams Transaction Coordinator and executing marketing campaigns for the team.  Allison also negotiates Short Sales for the team and excels at doing so! Allison is diligent at her follow through with lenders and loves helping her clients.  Allison is also a licensed Realtor and is a part time buyer specialist on the team.

           Real-Estate is a relationship based business and Allison strives to build the strongest relationships possible with the team and their clients through trust, confidence and providing the best service possible.
Allison is a life-long CT Native and currently lives in West Hartford with her boyfriend Greg. Having grown up in East Hartford and living in Central CT her whole life.

           When Allison is not busy working she enjoys seeing her friends and family, cooking, reading, traveling and her sweet cats, Oliver, Frankie and Finley.

Nancy joined The Miale Team as Director of Administration in 2016. She has worked in a variety of environments - law firms, logistics, public school. Nancy received her A.S. and B.S. degrees from Rivier College in Nashua, NH. Her enduring commitment to provide clients with the highest level of attention and support is evident in all environments.

Nancy lives with her husband Arnold in Granby where they raised their son Matthew, who is currently employed at a law firm in Warwick, RI. Nancy enjoys walking, biking, reading and working on home improvement projects. Most of all she loves spending time with family and friends.

          Jheri Carabbacan is the Transaction Coordinator for The Miale Team. Based in the Philippines, Jheri has been on the team since November 2013. Jheri is responsible for contract to close meaning she manages the teams listings as well as the buyer transactions.  

          Jheri studied Accounting in college and has found a niche in the Customer Service industry. Jheri is very well organized and makes sure that the teams transactions and listings run smoothly.

          When not at work, much of Jheri's time is spent reading books, watching movies with her 2 adorable children and husband, cooking, cleaning, and attending various meetings. Jheri appreciates the flexibility working from home has allowed her.
